About

After history taking and assessment during initial consultation, Rachel will discuss appropriate soft tissue treatments relevant to your condition and if necessary suggest relevant home exercise programmes, which may include stretching and strengthening relevant structures. For example, persistent low back pain may be eased with a soothing deep tissue massage followed by posture correction and lumbar mobilising exercises to continue at home.
